Mr. LeFevre moved to Shanghai China in 2003 from Santa Barbara California to pursue M&A Financial Advisory. In addition to M&A he guided numerous Chinese firms through the fund raising process from start up to Pre-IPO. Mr LeFevre has also advised numerous MNC on developing and executing their China strategy. His M&A efforts have resulted in transactions ranging from USD 5 to over USD 100 million totaling over USD 650 million.
Prior to moving to Asia Mr. LeFevre, who is originally from Columbus Ohio, consulted on the successful launch and business development of Santa Barbara Market Neutral Fund, a fund of funds hedge fund. During that time period Mr. LeFevre also advised on numerous private equity placements and was instrumental in the founding of The Dream Foundation.
Peter has 20 years of corporate CFO experience in SEA, North America, and Europe. He specializes in implementing FP&A frameworks and working with companies’ C-suite executives to prepare them for all aspects of M&A—including divestiture, investment, mergers, and strategic partnerships—to ensure optimal transaction outcomes. Peter’s track record includes transactions in excess of USD 100 million.
Prior to joining the Sterling Capital Team Mr. O’Leary worked as an investment analyst at Navis Capital Partners, a prestigious APAC Private Equity firm for over four years. Mr. O’Leary sourced, modeled, stress tested, preformed due diligence and structured deals, as well as grew and lead strategic initiatives at portfolio companies.
Mr. O’Leary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an Entrepreneurship emphasis and a Leadership Studies Minor, for which he was the valedictorian of his graduating class, from Chapman University in Southern California.
As a Thai citizen, educated both in Thailand and overseas, Mr. O’Leary not only has unique insights into the cultural and economic nuances of the region, he also reads writes and speaks fluent Thai and English.
Mr. O’Leary is the co-founding Director of multiple businesses and currently resides in San Francisco, California.
Mr. Oh serves as Managing Director of Strategic Advisory at Sterling Capital. His invaluable work has guided numerous corporate clients through cross-border strategic development, M&A, and fundraising transactions. He specializes in facilitating transactions between the West, China, and South Korea. Prior to joining Sterling Capital, Mr. Oh completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Finance from the University of Toronto and a Chinese language intensive course at the prestigious Tsinghua University.
